PDC Cafe @ The Yard, Johor Bahru

The cafe was a adaptive reuse of a completed show house gallery. It was not in used for several months before the owner decided to have it converted into a cafe for the nearby community. The idea was to split the cafe into strips of black and white. The entire cafe was spray painted in black, leaving the middle which consist of the cafe counter and high seating area. This resulted in high contrast effect within the cafe interior.
